SENIOR PROGRAM
Classes will run on the schools premises once a week for twelve consecutive weeks. The students will meet with our instructors for 1 hour each week on a nominated week day. Classes can run during school hours, (preferably in the afternoon) or after school hours.

Dances Taught
During the 12 weeks, 6 primary dances will be focused on.
- Foxtrot
- Rumba
- Waltz
- Cha Cha
- Swing
- Salsa
Teaching Method
The first 6 weeks will introduce the steps required for each of the dances.
- During this time the art of leading and following will also be taught. The remaining 6 weeks will see the students working on their ability to freestyle and polishing each dance.
- The teaching component of the course is purposely finished at the midway point providing students with ample practice time.
- Students will feel confident dancing to all types of music in all situations.
Arthur Murray Certificate of Dance
At the duration of the 12 week course each student will be presented with a certificate of dance.

JUNIOR PROGRAM
Classes will run at the Blackburn studio weekly as the students work towards performing at our showcase event in March. Students will have the opportunity to display what they have learnt in front of 400 friends, family members and adult Arthur Murray students.
The March showcase is an exhibition style dance event and presents the children with a chance of a lifetime, to perform in a five-star setting amongst a large crowd of supporters.
- 40 minute group classes
- 1 session per week
- $10 per head/per session (minimum 15 students)

- Primary and secondary school aged kids welcome.
- Group 1: 5-12 year olds
- Group 2: 13-17 year olds
